Missing farmer found dead in river

Police yesterday recovered the body of a missing farmer from Moharoshi River in Fakrabad area of Jhinaigati upazila in Sherpur.

The deceased Tomir Uddin, 50, went missing from Thursday night. Later, his body was found floating in the river yesterday.

His body was sent to Sherpur District Sadar Hospital for autopsy, said police.
