Man fatally run over by train

A man was crushed under the wheels of an intercity train in Somshernagor Rail Crossing area of Gobindopur village in Kamalganj upazila of Moulvibazar early yesterday.

The deceased was Anwar Hosain, 18, of the village.

Rabiul Azom, officer-in-charge of Kulaura Railway Police Station, said Anwar was crossing the rail track when the Srimangal-bound train crushed him around 5:00am.
