Graveyard in Khilgaon opens

Dhaka North City Corporation Mayor Annisul Huq yesterday inaugurated a graveyard in Khilgaon.

The 5.37 acre and Tk 3.18 crore project, which began in 2009, can accommodate 2,700 graves, said a press release.

To turn the graveyard green, many trees will be planted along with other development works, said Annisul.

A doa mahfil was held.
