Four robbers held with arms in Ctg

Four members of a robber gang were arrested with a locally-made gun, a cartridge, and sharp weapons in Chandgaon area of Chittagong city yesterday.

The arrestees are kingpin of the gang, Abdur Rahim, 35; Belal Uddin, 24, Abul Kalam, 33 and Md Yousuf, 28.

Officer-in-Charge of Chandgaon Police Station Shahjahan Kabir said on information that some robbers were preparing to commit robbery, they conducted a drive at Garden city residential area and arrested the four with arms. Two cases were filed.
