Errant eatery fined in port city

A mobile court of the Chittagong District Administration yesterday fined an eatery Tk 2 lakh in Chandgaon area of the city on different charges.
The court fined the eatery, Bake and Fast, at Bahir Signal for preserving sweets in an unhygienic condition and keeping stale sugar-juice where dead mosquitoes and flies were floating, said Executive Magistrate Ruhul Amim who led the drive.
