Errant Ctg pharmacy, ice cream factory sealed off

A mobile court of Chittagong district administration yesterday sealed off a pharmacy and an ice cream factory.

The court, led by Executive Magistrate Ruhul Amin, sealed off Nil Drug House in Bakalia area as it found a huge amount of banned Indian medicines, the court sources said.

The pharmacy owner, RK Nath, however fled the scene.

In Rajakhali of Bakalia, the same court sealed off Karnaphuli Icebar, the ice cream factory for producing the product by using substandard ingredients. Its owner too fled.
