DPDC realises Tk 1.7cr

Dhaka Power Distribution Company Limited (DPDC) during a two-week special drive until yesterday detected around 1million units of power pilferage and realised Tk1.70 crore in arrears and penalty, said a DPDC press release. The taskforce led by DPDC Secretary Mohammad Munir Chowdhury conducted drives in 19 organisations in the capital.
