Direct Fresh to train Manikganj farmers in bio-fertiliser, pesticides

Direct Fresh Ltd, a food supplier company, will train 2,000 farmers of Manikganj on the application of bio-fertiliser and bio-pesticides.

The project titled "Establish and Promote a Sustainable Supply Chain for safe Produce in Dhaka," will be supported by Katalyst, said Direct Fresh Managing Director Mishal Karim at a press conference at Jatiya Press Club yesterday.

It will also work on promoting coordination among government policy makers of the agriculture sector and supply the produce of the trained farmers to different organisations in Dhaka.
