Ctg edu board staff held with yaba

Police arrested two people, including a staff of Chittagong Education Board with 20,000 pieces of Yaba tablets in Ctg city yesterday.

The arrestees are Mahmud-ul-Haque, 45, a third class employee of the board, and Abdul Aziz, 32, of Ukhia upazila in Cox's Bazar.

On information, police conducted a drive in the building of the board and arrested them from a washroom on the fifth floor.

Pijush Dutta, secretary of the board, said they would take actions against the duo as per the rule.
