Bangladeshi gets shot in Benghazi as two local groups exchange fire

A Bangladeshi suffered bullet injuries during a gunfight between two local factions in Libya's Benghazi on Friday night.

Anowar, who hails from Naogaon, was admitted to a hospital there, Rakib Jahan Jasim, another Bangladeshi expatriate in Libya, told The Daily Star yesterday.

Contacted, Ashraful Islam, counsellor at Bangladesh embassy in Tripoli, said they were trying to know the details of the incident.
