Appeal for help

Habiba, 15, daughter of financially insolvent farmer Habil Uddin of Bijoynagar village in Singra upazila of Natore, is suffering from blood cancer.

She is now undergoing treatment in Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Doctors said Habiba could be cured if her treatment could be continued, which would cost about Tk 40 lakh.

As the family cannot afford the treatment, they are seeking financial assistance from the affluent of the society to save Habiba, also a class VII student.
