Ansar-VDP really?

Logo jackets for Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defence Party that are worn by Ansar-VDP members were yesterday worn by some smart young men at many polling centres. 

They were seen to be on duty, particularly in Bakshibazar, Uttara, Bhashantek and Monipur. Along with regular Ansar-VDP members, they stood on guard next to the entry points of the polling centres.

However, they hardly resembled regular Ansar-VDP force members in their clothes and get-up. Some were even conversing among themselves in English, which many would say is uncommon for the real Ansar-VDP members.
