Abul Kalam next envoy to Kuwait

The government has decided to appoint Vice President of Chittagong (south) Awami League SM Abul Kalam as the next ambassador of Bangladesh to Kuwait, said a foreign ministry press release yesterday.

In his career, Kalam served as the president of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry, director of Agrani Bank and a member of Chittagong Stock Exchange.
