135 bottles of Phensedyl seized in Lalmonirhat

Detective Branch of police recovered 135 bottles of Indian phensedyl, worth about Tk 65,000, in Rudrshwar village of Kaliganj upazila in Lalmonirhat on Thursday night.

However, the drug smugglers managed to flee the scene sensing the presence of law enforcers, said police.

Sub-Inspector Mizanur Rahman Mizan said on information DB police conducted a drive in the village and recovered the contraband drugs.
