WECON Winter Property Expo 2026 opens in Chattogram

The WECON Winter Property Expo 2026 began in Chattogram with the inauguration of the three-day event at the WECON Sukrana Ground, adjacent to Chittagong Medical College.

The expo was inaugurated by WECON Properties chairman Sadman Syka Sefa, says a press release.

Managing director Mostafa Ashraful Islam Alvi, landowner Zia Uddin Chowdhury, director Mostafa Aminul Islam, director and chief architect of P2P Family and WECON Properties Mahadi Iftekar, group COO Major (retd) Md Aminul Haque, and chief business officer Ziaul Haque Limon were present at the ceremony, alongside senior leaders and dignitaries from the P2P Family.

The exhibition features 30 residential and commercial projects, highlighting contemporary living spaces, planned communities and long-term investment opportunities. Organisers said the expo aims to promote smart property solutions, halal investment options and transparent urban development, with expert consultation available for visitors.

The event runs from January 29 to January 31, from 10:00am to 9:00pm daily, at WECON Sukrana, Panchlaish, Chattogram. Evening programmes between 4:00pm and 7:00pm include live music performances and a traditional Pitha Utshob, creating a festive atmosphere for families and visitors.

WECON Properties said the expo is intended to help families, professionals and investors explore housing and investment options focused on comfort, sustainability and long-term value.
