Productivity and Quality Summit 2025 held in Dhaka
The Productivity and Quality Summit 2025, organised by QA Harbor Limited and Kazuko Bhuiyan Welfare Trust and co-organised by SubscriptionPro, CORNQ, XOR Geek and Nymph Solutions, ended with strong participation and positive feedback. The two-day programme brought together more than 150 industry leaders, innovators and professionals. The theme was "Shaping the Future of Productivity and Quality".
The summit began with a high-impact workshop on November 12, 2025, at the JTI Factory in Tongi. Participants took part in sessions on Kaizen, 5S, Lean Management, Total Quality Management and digital transformation. The workshop was arranged with IssouIchimoku and Kokorozashi & Kazuko Bhuiyan Japanese Cultural Center. Trainers shared Japanese methods for continuous improvement.
The main summit took place on November 15, 2025, at Dhaka Regency. Keynote speakers, panelists and industry experts joined discussions on efficiency, competitiveness and innovation. Shish Haider Chowdhury, Secretary of the ICT Division, was the chief guest. He spoke about government efforts to strengthen quality management across public institutions. Md Nurul Alam, Director General of the National Productivity Organization, attended as the special guest. Momtaz Bhuiyan, Chairman of Kazuko Bhuiyan Welfare Trust, attended as the guest of honour.
JBCCI joined as the event partner, highlighting the strong partnership between Japan and Bangladesh in advancing productivity and quality. The Daily Star and DBC News were the media partners.

Organisers said they hope the summit will continue to promote a productivity-focused culture across the country. They said the event aims to help businesses adopt best practices and build stronger links between local industries and international experts, especially from Japan.
With its workshops, discussions and collaboration, the Productivity and Quality Summit 2025 set a strong benchmark for knowledge sharing. It reinforced Bangladesh's efforts to build a more competitive future through improved productivity and quality.
