Markopolo AI launches new revenue agent as its founders join HF0
Markopolo AI has introduced a next-generation revenue agent aimed at transforming global e-commerce personalisation.
The launch comes as its co-founders, Tasfia Tasbin and Rubaiyat Farhan, have been selected for HF0, one of the world's most selective founder residencies in San Francisco. HF0 chooses only 10 teams per cohort from thousands of applicants.
Markopolo AI is built to understand customer behaviour and convert that insight into revenue. It re-engages shoppers through personalised email, SMS and voice communication, moving beyond basic automation to deep behavioural intelligence.
Tasbin and Farhan began their journey in Dhaka and have scaled a product now recognised by global investors and founders. They say their goal is to showcase software built in Bangladesh on the world stage.
The new revenue agent is designed to address customer disconnect and help merchants recover significant lost revenue. The company says true personalisation requires understanding each shopper's unique journey.
