ISCEA Night & Certificate Ceremony 2025 held in Dhaka
The ISCEA Night & Certificate Ceremony 2025 was held at Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden, in participation of certified professionals, industry leaders, faculty members, and well-wishers to celebrate excellence in supply chain management and lifelong learning.
Organised by Mind Mapper Bangladesh, the official representative of ISCEA (International Supply Chain Education Alliance) in Bangladesh since 2010, the event honored professionals who successfully completed globally recognised ISCEA qualifications, including CSCM, CPLM, PGDSCM, PGDASC, and CSCA between 2024 and the first half of 2025.
Over the past 15 years, ISCEA Bangladesh and Mind Mapper have built one of the most dynamic supply chain learning ecosystems in South Asia, with thousands of certified professionals now contributing across key industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, banking, logistics, apparel, and development.
The event was graced by Professor Dr. Shams Rahman, Vice Chancellor of East West University; Ayman Sadiq, Founder and CEO of 10 Minute School; and Ewa Wasiluk, Head of Supply Chain Operations, Syngenta CP, AMEA Region. They congratulated the graduates and emphasized the importance of continuous learning, digital readiness, and ethical leadership in building sustainable, future-fit careers.
In his address, Mohammad Ejazur Rahman, Regional CEO of ISCEA Asia and Managing Director of Mind Mapper Bangladesh, highlighted the significance of ongoing professional development: "Skills are the new capacity. In a world where digital data shapes the future, the professionals we celebrate tonight are not just certificate holders—they are the leaders who will turn data into decisions, and decisions into real-world impact for Bangladesh."
The evening also recognized Jury Members, Resource Persons, and Advisors who have supported ISCEA programs, case competitions, and university collaborations, helping elevate the standard of supply chain education and practice in Bangladesh.
A key segment of the event focused on the future of supply chain talent, underlining the need for data literacy, digital fluency, and human–AI collaboration as essential skills for the next generation of professionals.
In a recorded message, ISCEA's global leadership extended congratulations to the Bangladesh community and reaffirmed its commitment to advancing certifications, strengthening industry–academia partnerships, and promoting regional knowledge-sharing.
As Bangladesh continues to integrate with global supply networks, ISCEA Night & Certificate Ceremony 2025 underscored one powerful message: strong, future-ready supply chains begin with skilled, continuously learning professionals.
