Edison Real Estate signs strategic MoU with China State Construction

Aminur Rashid, Chairman and CEO of Edison Real Estate, and Su Yan, Managing Director of CSCEC7 South Asia Branch, signed the MoU.

Edison Real Estate Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Seventh Division) to build a long-term partnership focused on technological collaboration in real estate development. 

The agreement, was signed in Dhaka on November 20, will support the integration of advanced Chinese construction technologies into Edison's upcoming projects. It includes short-term technical support and knowledge sharing for the next three years, along with long-term cooperation in financing and construction excellence.

Aminur Rashid, Chairman and CEO of Edison Real Estate, and Su Yan, Managing Director of CSCEC7 South Asia Branch, signed the MoU. Senior leaders from both organisations attended the ceremony.

Edison Real Estate's team included Ahmed Pasha, S M Shahedul Karim Munna, Md Saiful Islam, Mohammed Taiabur Rahman, Md Ridwanur Rahman and Kazi Samrat. The CSCEC7 delegation included Dong Yanliang, Engr Md Sanaul Haque, Md Rafeul Islam and Md Abdul Al Amin Khan.

The partnership is expected to improve construction quality, speed up project delivery and introduce new building practices in Bangladesh's real estate market.
