Butterfly Group launches free medical consultation service 

The service is being implemented in collaboration with Akij Takaful Life Insurance PLC, which is managing overall operations.

Butterfly Group has launched a new health-focused initiative titled "Bhalo Thakun Shobsomoy" (Stay Well Always) to ensure the well-being of its customers. 

Under this campaign, all new and existing Butterfly customers can now avail free telemedicine consultations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service is being implemented in collaboration with Akij Takaful Life Insurance PLC, which is managing overall operations.

The official inauguration ceremony took place at FARS Hotel & Resorts, Dhaka, with Professor Dr. Saklayen Russel, Head of the Department of Vascular Surgery at Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital, attending as Chief Guest. Other distinguished guests included Mohammad Masuduzzaman Khan, DMD & CCBO of Akij Takaful Life Insurance PLC, and Mokbulla Huda Chowdhury, Sales Director of Butterfly Group. Senior officials from both organisations were also present.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Saklayen Russel said, "The 'Bhalo Thakun Shobsomoy' campaign bridges technology and healthcare in a meaningful way. It will help build a healthier, more conscious, and positive society."

The campaign, which began on October 10, will continue until December 10, 2025, allowing customers to access services for themselves, their parents, and dependents.

– Ambulance booking and specialist appointments

To register, customers can visit any House of Butterfly showroom, explore Butterfly's digital platforms, or call 16571. Registration requires filling out a Google Form with contact details, and confirmation will be provided within 48 hours. Once verified, customers can access the service by calling 0964 311 6761.
