Electro Mart holds ‘Partners Meet 2026’

Electro Mart Limited recently organised the “Partners Meet 2026” for leading global electronics brands Konka, Gree and Haiko at a hotel in Dhaka.

More than 100 partners and associates from across the country participated in the event, according to a press release. Mohammed Nurun Newaz Salim, chairman of Electro Mart Group, inaugurated the programme as the chief guest. 

He acknowledged the unwavering support of the company’s partners in promoting, expanding and marketing Konka, Gree and Haiko products in Bangladesh over the past three decades.

Salim also highlighted the establishment of a production facility in Narayanganj, noting that the company continues to expand its product lineup.

During the event, Md Nurul Amin, managing director of Electro Mart Group, said Bangladesh’s electronics industry was once entirely import-dependent. However, with industry-friendly policies, it is now evolving into a self-reliant manufacturing sector. 

He added that Konka, Gree and Haiko products are currently being manufactured in Bangladesh and expressed optimism that these products would soon be exported under the “Made in Bangladesh” label.

The company awarded its top-performing local partners of 2025 with crests and recognitions for their outstanding contributions.

Mohammad Nurussafa Babu and Md Nurul Afser, deputy managing directors of the group; Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz and Nurul Azim Sunny, directors of the group; and Mahmudun Nabi Chowdhury, general manager, along with other senior officials of the company, were also present.
