Tanvir Hasan made acting managing director of MIDAS Financing

MIDAS Financing PLC has appointed Tanvir Hasan as its acting managing director with immediate effect.

Tanvir joined MIDAS Financing in 2020 as general manager for finance and company secretary.

In recognition of his extensive professional experience, strong leadership and contributions to the company, he was appointed deputy managing director on June 1, 2023.

The board of directors expressed confidence that, as acting managing director, he will provide effective leadership to ensure continuity of the company’s business operations, strengthen corporate governance and institutional capacity, and advance sustainable growth.
