Prime Bank declares 30% dividend
Prime Bank PLC has announced a 30 percent dividend, including a 25 percent cash dividend, for the year that ended on December 31, 2025.
The announcement came at the bank’s 31st annual general meeting (AGM), held virtually today, according to a press release.
Tanjil Chowdhury, chairman of the bank, chaired the meeting and presented an overview of the bank’s performance and strategic direction.
Faisal Rahman, acting chief executive officer, addressed shareholders’ queries and feedback.
Company Secretary Nayamul Hoque moderated the live-streamed event, which was also attended by representatives from the stock exchanges and the bank’s auditors.
A total of 358 registered shareholders, board members, and senior officials joined the event.
The shareholders approved the dividend, audited financial statements, and other key agenda items.
