Nagad, North South University to conduct research

Mobile financial service provider Nagad and North South University (NSU) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) yesterday to conduct leadership training programmes and research to contribute to women empowerment and gender equity. 

Tanvir A Mishuk, founder and managing director of Nagad, and Atiqul Islam, vice-chancellor of the NSU, signed the deal on the university's campus in Dhaka, said a press release.

Ismail Hossain, pro vice-chancellor of the NSU, Maruful Islam Jhalak, executive director of Nagad, and Sheikh Aminur Rahman, chief business officer, were present.
