As there’s a couple of days remaining till Eid, the productions houses of Eid releases are now all busy with their film’s promotional works. Even the stars are giving their all, promoting their films via appearing in promotional events and on social media.

Siam Ahmed etched his place in the hearts of audiences with movies including “Poramon-2” and “Mridha Bonam Mridha”. The actor is currently awaiting the release of his cyber-crime thriller movie, “Antarjal.”

This Eid, we will get to witness several gorgeous actresses competing for the hearts of the public with their films. Apu Biswas, Shobnom Bubly, Tama Mirza, Idhika Paul, and Bidya Sinha Mim are some of the noteworthy actresses vying for the pedestal. Moreover, Bubly is likely to have three releases this Eid. Mahfuz Ahmed and Shobnom Bubly starrer “Prohelika” will be released this Eid. Before the film’s release, they have been participating in various promotion campaigns. On Friday, the team of “Prohelika” met at a restaurant for a similar reason.

The evergreen singer has been singing since the 1980s. Many of his songs have become timeless to Bengalis. Some of his timeless hits include, “Tumi Roj Bikele”, “Jekhane Shimanto Tomar”, and “Putuler Moto Kore”, amongst many others.

Dhallywood actress Adhora Khan is famous for her bold avatar and her fierce fashion sense. She is trying to cement her position in Dhalywood, with her unique roles in several movies. Currently, she is awaiting the release of her film “Sultanpur” which is directed by Saikat Nasir.

After a successful second week, “Pathaan" is now being screened in 40 halls, with 175 shows per day in the third week. Tracing back the Hindi film’s journey till now, it did not gain much response on single-screens. However, it is doing well in multiplexes.

The much-anticipated Bollywood film "Pathaan" is experiencing a significant increase in the number of theaters screening the movie, as it enters its second week. The movie now set to run in 43 theaters starting Friday.

The Shakib Khan and Bubly starrer, “Leader Amie Bangladesh” has been performing well in Madhumita Cinema Hall, even 10 days after its release. The 6 pm screenings of the film even went houseful on Monday. 

This Eid, Puja Chery starrer film “Jinn” released across the country. The Nader Chowdhury directorial horror film is receiving quite a good response in multiplexes. In fact, on the second week of its release, the film has increased shows in halls.

The crime-thriller was different from the rest of the Eid releases this year, and had the potential to be the biggest hit from this Eid.

Unlike the previous Eid, this one was quite special for the Bangladeshi film industry, as a total of eight films were released in theaters. The movies released were: "Leader Amie Bangladesh", "Jinn", "Kill Him", "Paap", "Shotru", "Prem Pritir Bandhan" and "Adam".

The Bobby Haque starrer film, “Paap” is all set for release during Eid. Directed by Saikat Nasir, the film will see Bobby take on the role of a DB police officer.
