Renowned filmmaker Gias Uddin Selim, known for “Monpura”, has garnered widespread acclaim for his latest directorial venture, “Kajolrekha”. The film has now been showcased at the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) in the Netherlands.

Payel is also busy filming for “Baji”, which will air on Valentine's Day. Filmed in Kishoreganj, it tells a story set in a small town with a ‘large’ canvas narrative. The rising star further mentioned that she shot for this drama for seven days.

Rafiath Rashid Mithila and FS Nayeem starrer “Jole Jwole Tara” is all set for release next month. Directed by Arun Chowdhuri, the government-funded film will showcase Mithila in a completely unique character.
