The importance of protecting Intellectual Property (hereinafter “IP”) rights is evidently unquestionable. In this era, the psychology of a consumer is to find out which company’s product is appropriate for him and the consumer usually does some market research in this regard.

Now a days, intellectual property (IP) assets have become the currency of business, used not only to protect technology rights, but also to gain competitive advantage and drive new revenue opportunities.

In tech industry, producing and marketing software may generate revenue in billion though Bangladesh is yet to accrue such benefit.
