One of the primary goals of a legal system is to ensure that every decision that concerns custody is taken in the best interest of the child.

Although tort law has great potential to ensure accountability and remedy for quotidian civil wrongs, it is largely disregarded and neglected in Bangladesh.

The judiciary is considered the foundational rock of any nation’s pursuit of justice and rule of law.
