A reception was held for the family members of Babu Sankar Gobinda Chowdhury, who was awarded the Independence award 2018 (posthumous) for his contribution to the Liberation War. The play features the flaws in the social system. K Mondal, a convict to be executed for murdering his wife, does not die, rather loses consciousness. To revive him for the execution, the jailer and other attendants re-enact the incident for which Mondal has been sentenced to death.
