Muhin's Valentine's Day surprise

“Closeup 1” singer Muhin became an instant hit with music lovers. After a long gap, he is working on his new album which is almost complete. In a recent conversation with The Daily Star, the young singer talked about his latest project.

When will your new album release?

Muhin: On Valentine's Day. My fourth album, “Kalijai Lage Re”, features eight songs. It will release under the banner of Golpo Entertainment.

Tell us about the tracks?

Muhin: It's a mix of romantic and reality songs. Music lovers will also get some social messages through these songs.

Anything new to look forward to in the album?

Muhin: For the first time, I have composed and written all the songs for the album.

What's your expectation from the album?

Muhin: I'm very hopeful about the success of the album, as the project took me a long time to finish. I have already sung the album's songs at different stage shows.

You're a singer, how did you venture into audio production?

Muhin: By and large audio companies deprived us of our legal rights, so I opened my own company Golpo Entertainment. In the near future, it will bring out albums of other singers.

What else are you doing currently?

Muhin: I'm now busy with a mixed album featuring 10 songs by the top ten contestants of Closeup 1-2006.
