Ayub Bachchu's solo instrumental concert in Chittagong

Following a successful solo show in Dhaka, prominent guitarist Ayub Bachchu's solo guitar instrumental concert will take place at Radisson Blu, Chittagong on May 20. Presented by Robi, Airtel and Yonder Music, the show “Now and Then” is being organised by AB Kitchen, DJ Pro and Wizard Show Biz. 

A press conference was held yesterday in this regard at Channel i building. Managing Director of Channel i Faridur Reza Sagar, LRB front-man Ayub Bachchu, Vice President (Business Operation) of Robi Mahbubul Alam Bhuiyan and Country Manager of Yonder Music Bangladesh Imrul Karim spoke at the press meet. 

“Such a concert is rarely held in our country, though it is popular abroad. I started solo guitar shows through the concert 'Sound and Silence'. I am set to play now in my birthplace Chittagong. I have 48 of the world's best guitars in my collection. I would like to collect two more. I wish to hold a guitar exhibition and a contest where youngsters will have chance to win a guitar,” said Ayub Bachchu. 

The sponsoring companies have arranged a competition marking the concert. The winning 20 persons will get free tickets while three will get chance to perform in the song “Cholo Bodley Jai” with Ayub Bachchu. Tickets are available at bdtickets.com.
