HC stays public procurement rule for 3 months

The court passed the order upon a writ petition filed by Salahuddin Ahmed, secretary general of Bangladesh Sangbadpatra Parishad (BSP), a press release said.

Advocate Khandaker Mahbub Uddin Ahmed moved the petition on behalf of the petitioner. President of BSP Mainul Husain was present in the hearing.
