BCU CU council begins Oct 23

Professor Jatin Sarker, a cultural personality and educationist, and BCU central President Luna Nur will attend the function.

With the slogan 'save higher education from terrorism and fundamentalism', the council session will be held at the local district council auditorium on the following day.
