They also discussed matters relating to bilateral and international issues.

Speaker Sircar said Bangladesh and Norway have a very strong diplomatic relation and the two countries are sharing their happiness and woes for long time.

The Speaker said interaction between the parliaments and exchange of delegation can greatly help the lawmakers in acquiring knowledge on parliamentary rules and practices.

Terming Norway as a development partner, the Speaker hoped that the country would continue its contribution to boost the agro-based economy of Bangladesh.
