Cabinet okays Special Court Bill 2003
The cabinet yesterday approved the Special Court (Additional Responsibility) Bill 2003 that will provide for additional responsibility to certain courts for quick disposal of civil and criminal cases.
Chaired by Prime Minister Khaleda Zia, the meeting also approved the proposal for adopting a fresh bill on Trade Mark shortly, said a handout.
Cabinet members and junior ministers attended the meeting.
