Inquilab, Dinkal top ad getter in FY03

The Inquilab got Tk 2.641 crore in advertisement and the Dinkal got Tk 2.125 crore.

Information Minister Tariqul Islam disclosed this in the parliament Sunday in reply to a question by BNP lawmaker Nasiruddin Ahammad Pintu.

According to estimates till June 5 of this fiscal, Ittefaq received Tk 1.418 crore in advertisements, Sangram Tk 1,397 crore, Jugantor Tk 1.212 crore, Manavjamin Tk 1.193 crore, Prothom Alo Tk 84.63 lakh, The Independent Tk 57.5 lakh and The Daily Star Tk 52.65 lakh in advertisements. Janakantha did not get any advertisement during the year.
