Small trader shot dead in Motijheel

Aftab Hossain, 25, an aluminum trader, came under attack while he was taking tea at a wayside stall near the Dhaka Stock Exchange building at around 5:15pm.

A friend of the victim alleged that Mona, a local criminal, and three others killed Aftab.

With three bullets in his abdomen and knee, Aftab was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where he was declared dead at about 6:30pm.
