Privatisation Commission under PMO
The government placed the Privatisation Commission under the Prime Minister's Office recently to increase dynamism in the privatisation process, a Commission press release said yesterday.
The step is aimed at speedier privatisation of the government's non-profitable industrial units, the release said.
The Commission was earlier under the Cabinet Division.
