Two killed at brick kiln
Two workers met tragic death at a brick field at Somaspur village in Sadar upazila early yesterday.
The deceased were identified as Sahadat Hossain and his helper Badsha, hailed from Companyganj upazila of Noakhali.
Witnesses said when Sahadat was baking bricks, he suddenly fell into the furnace and burned to death.
His helper Badsha also met the same fate when he went to save Sahadat.
Later, the bodies were sent to Noakhali General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
