Two boys killed in Pabna, Dinajpur

Two boys were murdered by criminals in Pabna and Dinajpur districts on Monday. A 10-year-old boy was killed by an unidentified criminal at Bhagirathpur village in Sadar upazila, reports our correspondent. Police said, the man picked up Laden, son of Idris Ali of the village from a field when he was playing there with his friends. Later the body of the boy was recovered from a nearby place yesterday noon. Police could say the exact reason behind the murder. In Dinajpur, criminal stabbed a teen-aged boy to death and dumped the body beside Mahuagaon Bridge at Bhognagar in Birganj upazila on Monday night. The victim is Jahangir, 16, son of Akram Ali of Chakmahanpur village of the upazila. Witnesses said Jahangir went to a local bazaar at night. A gang of unidentified criminals called him to Mahuagaon Bridge and stabbed him indiscriminately and threw the body near the bridge. Locals found the body yesterday morning and informed police who recovered and sent it to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
