Army restores peace in Vadodara

Although no incidents of fresh violence have been reported but tension still hangs in the air.

The city has been witnessing violence since Monday following demolition of a dargah.

Troops of the Rapid Action Force are keeping vigil over the city.

The Army has been conducting flag marches in the city.

On Thursday, the Supreme Court stayed a Gujarat High Court order directing municipal corporations to demolish shrines obstructing roads.
