JU students to donate money for victims in Ramu, Ukhia
Students of Jahangirnagar University (JU) have been collecting money to help the Buddhists people who were affected by the recent communal violence at Ramu and Ukhia.
Earlier on October 12, a 40-member volunteer committee was formed with Fatema-Tuz-Zohura of Botany department as its convener. The collection of money will continue till Oct 22.
A joint bank account has also been opened at a branch of Agrani Bank Limited at JU. The account number is 333676.
