A fire that broke out at Rajdhani Super Market at Tikatuli in Dhaka has been brought under control.

A fire that broke out at Rajdhani Super Market at Tikatuli in Dhaka has been brought under control.

A total of 25 units of firefighters brought the fire under control around 6:40pm, a duty officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence Headquarters told The Daily Star.

The fire originated at the tin-shed market around 5:15 pm, the duty officer said.

On information, the firefighters rushed to the spot and started working to extinguish the fire, he added.

Details of the fire including the cause of the blaze and its casualty could not be known immediately.
