1)Bill-broads showing the police numbers could be erected at all crowded places, crossroads, near the educational institutes, railway stations, bus-stands and launch terminals.
2) Visiting cards of the officers could be distributed .One side of the card will bear the officer's name and designation, while the other side will depict the police mobile numbers of the police unit concerned.
3) Posters of medium sizes could be circulated. As posters will have enough space, other messages could also be disseminated.
4) Leaflets and hand-bills could be distributed.
5) Stamp seals could be made bearing the police mobile numbers. This would be an effective means. Stamp-seals should be supplied to the schools, colleges and other educational institutions.
6) Stamp-seals should be supplied to the post offices, courier service offices requesting the in-charge to press that seal in a visible place along with their own seal.
7) Mobile owners of the districts can have the SMS having the mobile numbers from the police authorities.
8) In every village there are many commercial mobile phones called "Palli Phone". The owners of these phones are usually grocers. The groceries in a village are the meeting places of people. The police officers can send SMS to the Palli Phones in Bangla.
While sending the phone numbers they can also deliver some other messages to them.
