- Pakistan forces attack the base of freedom fighters at Shubhopur Brdge area on the Dhaka- Chittagong Highway with tanks and cannons. After whole day of conflict freedom fighters left the bridge to safe shelter.
- Military Administration in Dhaka announces that Pakistan army have taken control of Sunamganj.
