“Smiling faces of children the best part of Eid”: Sadia Islam Mou

Eid is a joyous occasion unlike any other. Twice a year (usually) people finally get a short vacation where their families can be their main focus. Many travel hundreds of miles to return to their village, others get the opportunity to just stay at home and cherish the special moments with their families. 

Just like all of us, the stars and celebrities of the Bangladeshi entertainment industry also get to take some time off during this holy occasion. They get to take off their artistes' caps and finally relax with their loved ones, while possibly enjoying performances and projects from their industry peers. This Eid-ul-Adha, The Daily Star caught up with Sadia Islam Mou to find out what the actress will be doing this Eid.

"I will be staying in Dhaka for the Eid holidays and will be celebrating the occasion with my family. For us, Eid is synonymous to joy, and we will all share this joy together. May this joy and happiness spread to everyone, so that all of us can celebrate this wonderful day with a smile. To be honest, I think seeing the smiling faces of children during Eid is one of the things that gives me the most joy."
