- Lieutenant General Tikka Khan takes oath as the governor of East Pakistan. The program is convened by the Judge of Dhaka High court BA Siddique.

- Air attacks are administered in Narail Mohkuma and from Jugpoth Doitala, the Pakistan Miltary capture Narail.
