  •  Lieutenant General Tikka Khan takes oath as the governor of East Pakistan. The program is convened by the Judge of Dhaka High court BA Siddique.
  • Khaja Khairuddin convenes the meeting in which a 140 member “shanti Committee” is formed. In the activities to disrupt the freedom fight this is a major move.
  • The military authority present in Dhaka gives orders for radio transmission from the Indian Deputy High Commission.        
  • Pakistan Military and Freedom Fighters get engaged in a conflict in Modhupur of Mymensingh.
  • Air attacks are administered in Narail Mohkuma and from Jugpoth Doitala, the Pakistan Miltary capture Narail.
